Kitch Health provides individually customized plans that continually analyze one's physiological and cognitive adaption in relation to short term goals, transitional phases, and long term goals through our unique, highly developed PEM process.
4 month commitment ideal - The P Program focuses on tangible physical results designed around a 3x per week training schedule. The P Program is ideal for highly independent and motivated individuals that are looking for professional guidance to maximize results. 6 month commitment ideal - The M Program focuses on lifestyle implementation by strengthening one's mind and body connection in order to incorporate health and fitness practices into one's daily routine. 12 month commitment ideal - The E Program is our most advanced program, requiring the most commitment. The E Program focuses on identifying and eliminating self-sabotaging, negative barriers that cause unhealthy behaviors. All Kitch Health programs require the understanding and acceptance that any type of change one wishes to acquire is a process. Results will not happen overnight, and it is important to set realistic, clear goals, that are communicated and understood. Our unique PEM process helps identify and overcome the obstacles that prevent you from reaching your goals.
Each personal training program is customized to the individual or individuals, therefore, the above programs are representations of different programmatic options. They do not represent the extent of programs offered or exact program make up as that is determined by one's Kitch Health evaluation. Please note that the minimum commitment is 11 weeks for any training program.
